We operate a one-account-per-user policy, which means each individual is restricted to using only one account at any time. Attempting to create multiple accounts will lead to their cancellation and potential restrictions on future access.

You can self-exclude your account at any time using the settings on our site or contact us directly. Please note that this restriction will be applied across all games offered by Loony Bingo for a period of 6 months (or as otherwise agreed).
Our platform uses Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fairness in gameplay outcomes, subject to regular testing and auditing under licensing agreements.
In the event of technical issues affecting game integrity, we reserve the right to cancel and void ongoing games; affected users will be contacted directly with instructions on how their balances have been adjusted accordingly.
We may suspend or permanently close accounts for reasons including but not limited to: non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity detected by our monitoring tools, or direct evidence submitted during investigation that indicates wrongdoing (see prohibited activities).
All rights, titles, and interests in the platform are owned exclusively by Loony Bingo. Reproduction or sharing of any content found on our site without express permission is not allowed.
In no event shall we be liable to you for consequential damages, loss profits, data, business opportunities, nor other indirect losses arising out of these Terms and Conditions or associated usage of the website or its services. In the case that liability does arise (which it might in relation with negligence), it is strictly limited per occurrence up to $5 million.
We reserve the right, at any time, without notice, to modify or revise these Terms & Conditions, and such modifications will be effective upon publication on our website. Continued use after changes have been made shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
